In looking at the internet for numbers on this clarinet this might be from the You are buying on a Selmer signet special clarinet. Keys look good, no cracks that I found, clarinet may need new pads and cleaned.
This comes with its original case which shows some wear on the leather corners. Mouth piece is by buffet crampon of France and is marked with a c. I do not play this instrument so can only tell you what I see.
Bell looks to be in good condition.
