This is a vintage Brilhart tonalin 2 clarinet mouthpiece, ser no, in excellent original condition. Scarcely used does need a new cork. Note the short line above the cork on the top of the shank and on the butt edge of the table is not a crack it's a line from the molding process with a bit of grunge in it see last photo. No cracks, repairs.

No cap or ligature comes with the mouthpiece.
