You are looking at a vintage 1950s Penzel Mueller artist series number 3 facing clarinet mouthpiece. Navy band here in wash. This is one of many MIPS than I have accumulated on my travels with the us. This is a more open mp and projects well.
The cork needs replacing, other than that, the mp is in good condition.
It does have a few ligature scratches witch does not affect the playing quality of the piece.
