Based on the serial number, this clarinet was manufactured circa the1930s. The clarinet has been thoroughly inspected, adjusted, and tested. Originally from England, he migrated to the USA in early 20th century where worked for Conn and eventually started his own successful instrument manufacturing company. Harry Pedler was a renowned clarinet builder.

It is made of hard rubber. It is a nice sounding clarinet that would be good for beginner or intermediate student. All pads have been replaced.
