The original 65mm barrel, bell, and case are included. Regular maintenance work has been done on a yearly or bi-yearly basis since it was purchased.
This clarinet has only had one owner and been taken care of meticulously. Omani pads are some of the very best on market and revered by working musicians for their quiet close long-lasting nature. The clarinet has a beautiful, rich sound and is suitable for both orchestral band playing. The A register tube was swapped for a BB when the clarinet originally purchased, but no other modifications have been made.
This instrument has never cracked, the tenon corks are in good condition, and there is an adjustable thumb rest included. This instrument was purchased brand new in 2008 from Munch wood winds and is excellent playing condition. It was overhauled with new cork and Krauts Omani synthetic pads in 2022 by master repairman, Scott Winkle, of Winkles wood wind Specialties. There is a small amount of tarnish on the keys and upper joint bell logos have faded, but these are minor cosmetic deficiencies which do not affect playing quality clarinet.
