Sad, I know. We bought it straight off the retail shelf and paid w-a-y too much considering short time was used. My lack of knowledge is likely the reason why child only took a partial quarter concert band in elementary school, and time this instrument was ever used.
It was originally sealed with glue from the manufacturer and that, of course, had to be loosened get instrument out, but even that tore box underneath lid only slightly. I have unique and vintage items up for sale in separate offers will gladly discount shipping of combined. I my child was the only owner.
Theres an m marked on the inside of front pocket which teacher might have to identify instrument as my child's. The case is new in every way. My child had absolutely no parental guidance so she didn't enjoy it or stick with. Happy buying.
