The pads seem to be in OK condition but some of them look a little worn out. Only pictured items are included in the offer.

I do not know much about this clarinet but i'm pretty sure it is a beginners concert series clarinet.
It is in good working condition with some cosmetic signs of use including scratches, scuffs, and sticker residue. The mouthpiece does not look like an original but could be and does not have any markings.
