Amazing shape custom faced Charles Bay bb clarinet mouthpiece, made in ithaca, ny. Not sure what the base mouthpiece is used to make this one, but it is excellent shape with tip, table, rails, and beak all in smooth unblemished condition.

Mouthpiece has logo engraved and the numbers letters 121W, and from research I have found that these numbers represent the various measurements of the custom facing.
