The pieces fit tight as they should though it will slide together easier when you use cork lube.

I know little about these but do to check all valves and pads open close perfect with what looks like new white. If it helps, lookup the CL42 model. The hard case with latches is great for students who dont always take best care of their things so it cant break from dropping or anything really. I have no idea what key it is in or the type of system.

Most of the cork looks newer too as it gets darker wet look after a while. The student who had this painted a design with band on top side which not only looks pretty good, but makes their case stand out and definitely less attractive to thieves as its very easy identify one of kin. Excellent condition this is a great student clarinet and if your kid going to be in band next year or taking lessons over summer, cheaper than rental its yours.
