Unit does not come with original case, but another case is provided purchase. The thumb rest with integral neck strap loop is easily adjustable to virtually any playing position.
There are some scratches and scuffs on the body. This case shows signs of wear around the edges and has scratches scuffs on front back.
There is slight discoloration on the bell and black nickel plating has chipped off in some places keys.
