Looks like there were some holes plugged in the upper body keys re positioned when it was built at reed end of oboe as seen. This is an old instrument and should be serviced adjusted but the oboe plays has no issues. Please see all pictures for condition. Vintage english horn by marking on.

Don't miss out. Has left f, though no articulated low c mechanism. Gebr Der m Nnig markneukirchen also stamped. Some info from fellow er english horn, not an oboe d'amore.

Nice rare find for the collector player. This explains the filled holes near top of upper joint where posts for full automatic octave system were originally. Issues noticed, hairline crack over the metal sleeve at joint as pictured. Includes 3 bocals, caps for body sections, case and some reeds w reed.

Case has some tape on the edges, latches work, missing handle. Automatic octave system, though it does have an auxiliary second touch plate. Sch buckboard 1 matching serial 70x on all 3 pieces. However, this horn was converted to become a semi-automatic octave system instrument.

Is it in original found condition. Guaranteed to be as pictured, and play, but if you plan on using it, then it should serviced most likely will need have new pads.
