It has minor dings and scratches wear would normally rest on your lap. Purchased new in the summer of we traded a single for this beautiful double. Our daughter played for us during this posting, she should have stuck with it, because it sounded awesome. Comes with the cleaning clothe, original documentation, one mouth piece, and case.
FYI the brand name is Holton, owned by leblanc corporation since 1964 in case you were wondering based on literature. I recommend having your local instrument dealer service and tune prior to commencing with use in the band.
