This Buffet Crampon evette France e12 clarinet is commonly referred to as the series. The bore is made in France by Buffet, then shipped to w.

The high quality grenadilla wood is not stained nor dyed, beautiful color and nice grain. Newer Buffet e11s, e11 France, and the 2012 e12f are made assembled in Germany Crampon discontinued Schroeder company design German bb model.

This is a bonfire Buffet clarinet that was made entirely by Crampon cir in Paris, France. This horn is very responsive through out all registers and provide great intonation. These series are not Buffet e11 clarinets.

These clarinets were actually made by Buffet Crampon when they had two manufacturing plants in Paris, France through are: new hite premiere mouthpiece excellent used condition and a case leblanc. Within the last 2-3 years Buffet recently created e12f which has high position poly-cylindrical bore design and classic key. Only slight surface marks as you would expect with any instrument that has been handled.

E11s and sponsored by Buffet evette are essentially stencil model's. The zenith of Buffet Crampons production years called their golden era. E11s were out sourced to the Schroeder company in Germany.

Post golden era e11, e12, e13 model's have the Buffet high position bore design developed in mid 1980 This e12 master model has the Buffet classic resistant poly-cylindrical bore design used on r13. Many equate these Buffet evette d-series to the e11 model, but french evette are in fact acoustically same e12 e12f.

This clarinet is marked made by Buffet Crampon and in France. The German Buffet e11 was created, but this a Schroeder company which is different compared to evette Paris France d-series. The new 12f is marked made in Germany.

The design of keys this evette Paris d-series is same as r13, only difference plating and construction quality. There are no cracks repairs to the external or inner bore wood. It as been remastered mechanically and cosmetically to excellent condition. This clarinet features the same 14.

During Buffets golden era, they kept it simple by using one poly-cylindrical bore undercut tone holes design used on all clarinets. Since this d-series e12 master model is acoustically similar to the Buffet r13. Schroeder company who makes the keys to be fully assembled.

It has been re branded remanded the Schroeder e11. This e12 master model was made by Buffet Crampon at their factor in France. The evette d-series is an actual Buffet Crampon design that acoustically closer to r13. Nickel silver keys in excellent condition.

Circa 1980 the music company conglomerate Boise hawkers purchased Buffet Crampon. New premium cork installed on all tenon joints matching serial numbers D24373 upper lower dating to production year 1972, Buffet Crampons golden. And production was shifted to the Schroeder company in west Germany.
