It was regularly cleaned, so the bore is clear and ready to be played. The instrument itself was regularly oiled nut oils, so the body is in a good state.
It has been unused for many years. I have owned it since I was young, so I do not know much about where it came from. While the pads cork is all present, it probably is dry enough that it should be re padded.
A much loved college oboe for sale. The keys have some cloudy patina, green tinted on some bar ends.
