The serial numbers match. This instrument has seen little use. The Schreiber factory in germany is owned by buffet and produces the buffet e 11 clarinets, alongside the Schreiber clarinets. The case is the same as the e 11 case.

This model is identical to the buffet e 11. There is a new generic mouthpiece and a ligature and cap. The tone and response are excellent and the intonation is very good. The silver plating is 100 intact, the pads and corks are good.

The case is in good condition clean and functional. The bore is shiny and the tenons are in excellent shape. All the pieces fit very well, snug, but easy to assemble.

Made of good quality grenadilla wood. There are no cracks or repairs anywhere. The Schreiber logo appears on three sections and is very clear.
