This unit also comes with a very nice vandoren b46 CM3068 mouthpiece lowest cost on for a new one is 88 which is much nicer than the stock mouthpiece one of these would usually come with. For sale is a Selmer 103 wood clarinet in excellent condition for an intermediate player.

I'm not an expert. Just wash it up with a brush cleaned in some soap and water and you're good to go.
