Details:

It has absolutely no effect on the seal of the instrument. The serial numbers are bb N04783 made in a N03644 made in they are both simple beam, standard 17 key 6 ring. They are the finest horns I have ever played.

It would be a shame to see such an incredible set of clarinets go unplaced. They were hand selected by Selmer paris to set the standard for a perfectly matched set. I was very fortunate to obtain them directly from the gentlemen of Selmer paris when I became a Selmer artist teacher in they are in fabulous condition, with the exception of a missing upper tenon cork on the bb and a bit of very minor discoloration on the keyword in spots. There is a tiny 3mm check below the cork in the bottom tenon of the upper joint of the bb.

Unfortunately, since retiring from the symphony and teaching, I have developed an aggressive case of coped and can no longer play. I would not part with them if I had a choice, trust me. They have as perfect a scale as i've ever encountered and they are matched perfectly in tone, resistance and feel. I have played them, exclusively since the day I first tried them, and I thought I would play them until the day I died.

I am selling my matched set of Selmer recitals. They need a good home.
