Purchased at an estate where I was told it had very little playing time. I am offering a 7 day return to try it out. It plays easily through the entire range and sounds great she was very impressed is a Lorre player. It had been sent back to Josef for a crack repair in the upper joint that was repaired using latest technology and is completely stable.
I understand that each oboe player is looking for different things in the instrument.
The silver plated keys do not show any noticeable wear and with rose gold risers bands beautiful wood, this is a gorgeous instrument worthy of orchestra.
