Its dark, rich sound blends well with any ensemble. Because I attended college in NYC and commuted on public transportation, I purchased an amazingly durable and comfortable bam trekking case to protect it and got rid of the original hard case that came with the bass clarinet.

This doesn't affect the integrity of the case in any way and is purely an aesthetic thing inside dimensions upper joint 39 cm with keys 44,5 cm lower joint 51 cm with keys 60 cm bell 26,5 cm outside dimensions 68x31x23 cm inside feature inside cradle made of injected high density polyurethane foam, protecting the instrument against thermal shocks. It features a single register key, low ebb key mounted on bell, floor peg, and it produces an even blowing scale throughout its range. Condition excellent there are a couple of markings on the rubber bottom of the case from paper paint that got stuck on the bottom while stored in the guest room closet.

Vito model 7166 is ideal for the beginning or intermediate bass clarinet player. I am currently selling my Vito bass clarinet due to lack of use. Instrument details Vito bass clarinet resotone model condition like new.

I purchased this bass clarinet in 2004 and used it through sadly, it has not been used since then. Included, is a high quality bam trekking case perfect for travel and commuting that has a subway handle, side handle and padded backpack straps.
