Details:

This one belonged to a young lady who passed away in her late teens. It has sat in this case, in a closet, in the young ladies bedroom for around 15 yrs or so. I do not think she used it much.

Still have the original box. It looks to be in great condition to me, probably needs cleaned. I do not know much about clarinets.
