The ligature and mouthpiece cap say france. It says Evette Schaeffer Model e Buffet crampon Paris france Master Model on it and is in the key of bb. It does play decently and was kept up to good playing condition where the pads that needed to be replaced to just keep it playing for a spare. Here is a vintage wood clarinet.
The barrel says backun. The overall integrity of this old clarinet is pretty good.
The corks are in good condition. There are no cracks.
It is slower but it saves you money. The wood is still decent but has the usual scuffs and scratches and nicks and the like that these vintage used clarinets usually have, but still decent. I ship USPS parcel post.
The mouthpiece says Evette france.
The case does show moderate wear from normal use, inside and outside, but decent. The pads look mostly pretty moderate and there are a few that look a bit older and some are even new.
This is vintage and should only be purchased by a collector who knows these and can have it put to the best possible condition for playing. I do not know when this was made, but the serial is k60x. But really needs a repaid in my opinion even though it does play pretty well as it is.
The plating is also still pretty decent with the usual wear and worn places.
