The body is made entirely of Grenadian wood. There is some wear on the keys see pics key work in nickel silver conservatory system left f with resonance range to low BB.

This oboe intonation is near perfection it quickly locks in on every note a joy to play. It comes in a good oboe case. All wood has been treated with my bore oil treatment. The bore looks excellent no scratches or water lines.

From antique to brand new. And a nice full tone plays free very little resistance. All keys were removed cleaned and polished.

No reeds a little about me my name is skip hoot I have been fixing and restoring oboes for over 20 years. Restored to good playing condition, with all new bladder pads and tenon corks. I have worked on almost every brand of oboe there is. This oboe has very nice intonation at a I am an player now playing with 3 concert bands and 2 orchestras.
